We've started using Canada Post services for some deliveries while the risk of an immediate work stoppage is low. Customers who are likely to receive better service standards through courier services will continue to receive their Bedrocan packages via courier. Please check back regularly for updates.

Hello

We are receiving a high number of shipping inquiries due to the possible Canada Post service interruption. We have temporarily switched to a range of courier companies to maintain delivery services. Depending on your individual circumstances there may be differences between these couriers and Canada Post and we want to provide some information we think might help:

After you place an order, you will still receive a shipping notification email with a tracking number. This email will tell you the courier that your parcel is being shipped with. This email may be delayed due to different shipping tracking systems.

Dicom will attempt one delivery to your door. If at all possible, try to arrange to be home to receive the delivery. If you miss the first delivery, your package will then be sent to the nearest Dicom depot, where you will need to pick it up. If you don't pick it up after 5 days, it will be sent back to Bedrocan and you will need to place your order again. If this happens to you, it will not impact your monthly authorization, we will adjust it as quickly as we can.

Shipping notification emails are sent within 12 hours after we have fulfilled and prepared your order for shipping. If you are not able to track your package after 24 hours, please email shipping@bedrocan.com and let us know. A dedicated team is working exclusively on these requests.

Hello

With the possibility of a Canada Post service interruption coming as soon as July 2nd, we want to assure you that we’ve worked out other shipping options.

By Monday, June 27, we will have fully transitioned to using alternate courier services for all shipments.

Tracking numbers will be issued by email as always. We are currently working on improving accuracy for a small percentage of numbers that are not functioning.

All orders will still be delivered directly to your door. If you aren't home to accept the parcel, the courier will leave a notice and the parcel will be sent to the nearest courier depot, where you will need to pick it up. Our team will determine how close you live to a shipping outlet and select the best and most convenient option for you.

Please note that shipping times may be slightly longer in some cases.

IMPORTANT for anyone using a PO BOX or a Flex Box: you will need to identify a civic address for your shipments, since couriers do not ship to these Canada Post-operated locations. Please fill out a "Request to Change Information Form" located on the lefthand side of your Bedrocan account dashboard prior to placing your order.
