Bedrocan and Tweed are pleased to offer the opportunity for Canadian patients to participate in the largest medical cannabis clinical research study of its kind. The EQUAL (Evaluation QUAlity of Life) study will evaluate the effect of medical cannabis on the quality of life of patients, across all health conditions and symptoms. The objective is to better understand what kinds of patients are using medical cannabis, how they respond to prescribed cannabis, and what it can and cannot achieve as a treatment option.
Participants must be over 18 years of age and have access to a computer with an internet connection. Participation in the study requires a clinic or doctor who is registered to enroll patients in the study. New clinics and physicians are coming online each week. If you would like to receive updates on new registered sites, please sign up below. If you have a doctor who would be interested in participating, please have them email EQUAL@bedrocan.ca.
Bedrocan is committed to expanding the knowledge base around medical cannabis, by supporting high quality clinical research into the therapeutic uses of cannabis, as well as by supporting continuing medical education for healthcare professionals.
